Used Car Sales Executive 

This exciting and varied role involves liaising with customers over the phone, online and in the showroom, accompanying customers on test drives and communicating effectively with car manufacturers.

An interest in cars and some experience in car sales is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given. Some retail or customer facing experience is desirable, along with the desire to work in a busy team.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player, with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines, while delivering the highest standards of customer service in a professional and confident manner.

Workshop Controller

We have a vacancy for the key role of Workshop Controller in our busy Ford and KGM aftersales department.

The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience in a Workshop Controller role along with proven leadership skills.

The ability to run a productive and professional workshop to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of work facilities and the efficient sale of labour hours is essential.

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Allocating work to Workshop Technicians
  • Efficient workshop loading
  • Completing associated administrative tasks to the highest standards
  • Supervising and supporting the team of Workshop Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations

A technical understanding of passenger cars would be ideal, along with experience of working with the Pinnacle DMS.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering the highest standards of customer service in a professional and confident manner.

Service Advisor

We have a vacancy for the key role of Service Advisor in our busy Ford and KGM Service Reception.

The successful candidate will work as part of the team at the front desk, ensuring that all daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard, and will report directly to the Aftersales Manager.

This interesting and varied role involves liaising with customers over the phone and in person to book in cars for servicing and maintenance, discussing repairs that have been identified in our workshop and successfully submitting 3rd party warranty claims.

As part of the role, the Service Advisor will action vehicle health checks submitted by Workshop Technicians, successfully manage customer complaints and maximise the opportunities to sell aftersales services.

At least two year’s aftersales experience in a franchised Dealership is preferred, but not essential, along with the ability to work in an efficient, timely manner with a high level of attention to detail in a busy environment.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in Microsoft and in-house computer packages and the ability to work in a busy team in a customer-facing role while delivering the highest standards of customer care in a professional and confident manner.

In addition to a competitive salary, bonus scheme, non-contributory pension and 22 days paid holiday a year, the successful candidate will be working within a professional, forward-thinking and rewarding environment. The role does include working on Saturday mornings on a rota.

The basic salary is between £28k - £29k depending on experience, plus bonuses.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.

Workshop Technician

We have a vacancy for the role of Workshop Technician, who is Level 3 and MOT qualified, to join the team in our busy workshop. At least one year’s experience in vehicle diagnosis and repairs and the confidence to work under minimum supervision to the highest standards is essential.

The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and a committed team player, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines in a busy environment.
